Andre is graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) through NASM( National Academy of Sports and Medicine) with specializations in weight management (WMS), corrective exercise (CES), and human movement (HMS) . He has been a trainer for 8 years first with companies Major Preparation and Inspire PT before branching out on his own 6 years ago. His philosophy is to build the human movement system through compound workouts using multiple muscle groups in conjunction at a time in order to maximize cardio benefit while strength training. The goal is to become a better functioning human being and to reach whatever fitness goal you have set for yourself in a healthy way. Each program is individualized and structured around your personal goals, limitations and abilities.
